Our coaching services are provided for educational and professional development purposes only. You agree not to use our services:

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All content provided on this website — including text, images, audio, video, coaching frameworks, methodologies, and documents — is the intellectual property of Pinnacle Growth Studio and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit any content without prior written permission.
5. Confidentiality
We value your privacy and uphold strict confidentiality. All information shared during coaching sessions, assessments, or private communication will be kept confidential unless required by law or with your explicit written consent.
6. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in advance or as per agreed schedules. You agree to provide accurate billing and account information and to update such information as necessary. Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
7. Service Disclaimer
The services provided by Pinnacle Growth Studio are intended for informational and educational purposes only. While we strive to deliver value, insights, and actionable strategies, we do not guarantee any specific financial results, business outcomes, or performance improvements. Coaching is not therapy, legal advice, or investment guidance. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make based on our services.
Our team will make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information shared; however, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of content or recommendations provided during sessions or through digital materials.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the customized and time-sensitive nature of our coaching services, all purchases are considered final. We do not offer refunds for completed coaching sessions, strategy calls, or digital products once delivered or accessed.
However, if you are not satisfied with a service for a legitimate reason, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of purchase or session completion at support@pinnaclegrows.com. We may, at our sole discretion, offer partial credit or rescheduling options.
No refunds are issued for missed sessions without prior 24-hour cancellation notice. Group programs and bundled coaching packages are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinnacle Growth Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profit, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
